Uncle Aidi, our elder living in St Luke’s ElderCare Residence @ Ang Mo Kio, shares his renowned Beef Rendang recipe! Partnering with ITE College West, two Culinary Arts students joined him in creating this special cooking demo video. This dish, a family favourite, has been passed down through generations.
Uncle Aidi’s Beef Rendang is one of 25 treasured recipes in SLEC’s new recipe book, "Connecting Generations". This book celebrates the legacies and life stories of our elders, while bridging the gaps between generations.
