She learnt this recipe from watching her grandmother make Ngoh Hiang. Learn some tips from her in the video.
Aunty Ah Lee's Ngoh Hiang is one of 25 treasured recipes in SLEC's new recipe book, "Connecting Generations". This book celebrates the legacies and life stories of our elders, while bridging the gaps between generations.

As a new volunteer, I saw all Elderly their, they want someone to talk to, to cheer them up,assist them in what they want to do ...Its a nice feeling that even in short time I serve the Elderly in St.Luke, I am thankful to all the staff in St. Luke for giving me a chance to be one of the volunteer, I sincerely saying thank you for the chance you given to me, I want to experience,to serve, and to help the Elderly people who need our love and care...
