Elevator pitch by Coach Tom Ferry (Thank you, coach!)
Be unique in what you offer!
1) Describe problem
2) Amplify problem ('So what?' 'What's in it for me?' 'Can you prove it?')
3) Offer solution (Facts, data, proof, validated credibility)
4) CTA - use vocabulary proven to be more persuasive at sales: you, money, save, new, results, easy, health, safety, love, discovery, proven, guarantee.
Tom this is the KEY to creating a HUGE degree of separation! I'm pretty sure my competition will not take the time to do this! So it's OK that you shared this truth. Thanks I think? LOL

Everyone goes through this! Learn as much as you can in your market, I would start with the last month's market stats, percentage change in avg price, number of sales and days on market! We all have to start somewhere. Good Luck Joerell
