The disallowed goal needs serious criticism. VAR made the decision for the ref without him looking at it again, which is the first time that has ever happened on a non-offisde ruling.
Agreed. Same with the over-turned penalty. How can that be overturned. It's a handball in unnatural position. Intentional or not, that is the very definition of a handball penalty according to the current rules.

Penalty on Gordon was a bit harsh but it might have been the ref trying to undo the mistake of cancelling out Wilsons goal. The Brentford defender had the cheek to scream "thats soft" at the linesman for calling the foul, yet their keeper got tickled by Callum Wilson and the goal was cancelled. The sky commentator called it right, their keeper was weak and an absolute pansy.
