Mad Monster Party showed in the Art Clokey section is not a claymation project, just some elements were made of clay.
In the Aardman segment, the Creature Comforts clips I used are from the TV show, not the Oscar-nominated short film.
The Vinton-produced television show "The PJ's" was actually not animated in clay.
I mistakenly call Wendell & Wild a Laika film... not sure what happened there I just made a mistake. It also isn't fully claymation, along with Paranorman (which is a Laika film haha)

Hey everyone,
This video took longer than anticipated, but I hope it does a good job serving as a bit of a retrospective and introduction to Claymation!
A couple of things:
-I use the word 'genre' instead of form sometimes. This was a bad move on my part
-Yes, I am leaving out hundreds of good examples of Claymation. Again, this is meant to be a retrospective not a deep dive into every piece of Claymation ever created. I'm sorry if I leave out your favorite.

I watch the Claymation Christmas special every holiday season
i grew up with Aardman and other classics like pingu, snailympics, Plonsters,and crashbox as a kid and moved on to other things like the PJ's, Gary & Mike, and MTV's Celebrity Deathmatch as a teen along with movies like Coraline & Wendel+Wild, thanks for the upload and keep on cranking out great content just like this. I also loved the intro you made with claymation!

I grew up watching Wallace and Gromit and Chicken Run I still love good of Claymation films including Will Vintons Mark Twain.
I would probably use Claymation eventually with shorts love it that much.
I remember watching Gumby on Nickelodeon back in The 90’s, I even found some Nickelodeon Gumby Toys from 1995 and 1996 on EBay!❤️📺🎶👍🏻
