A recipe for a cheap and easy cake with a hint of lemon that melts in your mouth🍋

Glass 250 ml
Tray 18x28 cm
Ingredients:
4 whole eggs at room temperature
3/4 cup of sugar
1 vanilla sugar 16g
pinch of salt
Beat until white, fluffy.
grated zest from 1 lemon
half a glass of oil
half a glass of milk (at room temperature)
Reduce the speed and add:
1 and 3/4 cups of wheat flour mixed with
Half a teaspoon of baking soda
juice squeezed from 1 lemon
Pour the dough into an 18x28 cm form. Grease the sides with butter. Bake for about 35 minutes (until the stick is dry) without convection, using the top-down heater, in an oven preheated to 160 degrees on the 2nd level from the bottom. Cool.
Spread the top of the cake with your favorite jam
Sprinkle the cake with coconut flakes

Tu nie ma 1 szklanki mąki i 3/4 tylko 8 łyżek mąki patrzyłam i liczyłam

Jak jest w serniku 10 jajek to też bym nie nagrywała 10 tylko kilka;) Pokazane jest jak dodawać łyżka po łyżce bo raczej nikt nie chce oglądać pół godziny 30 łyżek ;)
