Thank you for this. I was a laurel canyon kid in the sixties, and these guys were all my neighbors, and it's heartbreaking to see what's happening in southern california❤️🔥
I can't imagine what that would have been like. It's my music too and drive to the Canyon Store each year, from Missouri, 2,000 miles for the experience.
It must have been awesome living in Laurel Canyon back then.
A Magical Place In Time!
I've always wanted to visit after hearing all the stories.
WEAK - THE REAL SCENE WAS IN HAIGHT ASHBURY -- THE LA PEOPLE COPIED US -- I WILL NEVER GO SOUTH OF BIG SUR
I had the pleasure of seeing Graham Nash in concert three months ago - still a treasure and a beautiful song he wrote here.

Thank you! I was there last night and so wanted to relive this moment. Unbelievable. ❤
So moved that they kept David's place empty. His harmony was so implied, and missed,
Thank you so much for posting this. Was so happy to see the audience know the lyrics when they threw it to them. They deserved that

I love it. Thanks for posting Barry.
I wish I was there.
This was the first song I ever played to an actual audience.
They are all grade 3 students, and my soon to be wife, Boni, of 52 years was their teacher.
I still play guitar and usually go to CNSY songs, CSN songs, Jackson Brown, Joni and others from that era. I also add in some slightly more contemporary Canadian songs from Blue Rodeo, Great Big Sea, and the Tragically Hip.
