Hi! when i go to apply after clicking on "manually manage music" It says it will replace media from another itunes library... I used to download my music off another MAC, but now i have a different PC that i'd like to do the same on.
If i press on synce and replace, it's safe to assume that would mean all my other music i've downloaded would therefore be erased?
I'm a little scared to find out since i've got a lot of music on my iphone already.

@@JosephIT Thanks. I just wanted to copy the songs from my iPod list in iTunes to my Library Songs folder. I don't know why that isn't possible but yes, I did eventually have to locate the iPod as a device on my PC and go into the folders and copy the songs but they were all coded so I wasn't given the option to avoid duplicates and ended up having to go through the whole Library and delete all the duplicates after I'd copied the songs over. I just don't understand why you can't copy the songs from within iTunes from the iPod to the Library. It's seems very strange to me. Thanks for your help.
You know what, Apple wants its user to purchase media from Apple store and thus this often gets difficult to get desired copy or conversion done!

Hi. Can anyone help my? Why can't i get my music from an old iPod onto my iTunes library? I connect it to iTunes via a lightening cable and all my music is there in the list but doesn't stay there so hence i can not add it to my iPhone either. Any ideas would be great. On your iPhone, navigate to the “Settings” menu and then, scroll down to open the “Music”.
Disable the “iTunes Music Library” option and then, again try to sync the iTunes files to iPhone.

@@JosephIT so, i transferred songs from my pc to my iphone. You know when you move the slider bar of the song, it changes time, like moving bar to the middle to forward the song.
In some of the songs i imported, im unable to use the slider bar, i pull it but it starts from middle.

i have all of my songs fully downloaded on itunes, ready to go. when i connect my ipod, let it sync, drag the songs over it, wait for it to load, eject, wait for it to load again, and then unplug it when it says it’s ready, nothing shows up on my ipod. someone help please

How do you actually save the songs on your laptop as a file?

Please check whether "Manually manage Music & Videos" are checked or not in Summary of Apple device connected to your PC. Check it from 1.20 of the video.
Also make sure that your Audio tracks are in .mp3 format, sometimes formats other than mp3 may not get transferred!
