Just watched this video. While it doesn’t address my issue, I found this video to be well done and easy to follow. I hope we never have this issue, but if we do we now know how to deal with it. Many thanks and I hope you post more helpful videos like this one.
I was at a camp sight ready to leave in the a.m. and slide would not come in. Brand new Tiffin. Could not get anyone to come out to help. Found your video and it saved the hole weekend. Thank you! Thank you! Praying for you and your helpful videos. M
We have had to use this technique and it did work. Sure would have nice if that whole system was on a slide tray. It is impossible to find or see the dipstick or the back two solenoids.
So we had an issue where our PS large slide on our 2023 Allegro Bus wouldn’t side back in. The instruments inside worked and the slide looked like it moved a bit but then stopped! The problem wasn’t the mechanisms the problem was that we were leaving on a 4.5 month trip which meant we started out with a loaded frig and wine frig and the cabinets and pantry was filled with food. We solved the problem by removing the 2chairs for the dining table and the ottoman for the couch that was filled also and that solved our problem. “Knock on wood” it’s been good ever since as we now remove the chairs and ottoman all the time to reduce the load on the slide.
