Tornado - Torbay Express - Churston and Kingswear - 120715

LNER A1 Class 4-6-2 60163 Tornado with The Torbay Express on a wet and windy Devon day on Sunday 12 July, 2015.
First clip at Churston Stn with Tornado slowly passing through, sounds like it was a struggle getting up the incline from Goodrington.
The next clips are taken at Kingswear with Tornado arriving back from turn around and forming up.
Last clip is the departure back to Bristol TM following the 13 coach train around the bay slowly gathering speed.

Simon Ingram Hi Simon, Thanks for your comment pleased you enjoyed the video. I agree, it now seems strange seeing her in Green. Due to the weather she slowed down a lot on the climb and presented the great slow pass, not often this happens. Pete

Thanks for posting this superb record of this not to be missed day, what ever the weather sugar it!!! If you'd had coms with the crew could not have had a bettered Churston. Unusual return revers shots with the super crew totally expertise in executing how its done. Tell you what, the uking sheds add to the expectation, they stay there this time, might not think that when the sun shines next time, so pleased we weren't put of with the rain, thanks again for an enjoyable day, not to forget the coffees.
