Well I truly appreciate you taking the time to find this video and respond the way you did! That says a lot about your company! I'm glad you found my "honest" review as just that. Lily Ann - A US / Michigan based company. - Your assembly site a big key to the ease of assembly; elevated assembly, soft work surface, lights, and tools close by. I would have used a small brush to even out the glue into the grooves, my suggestion not criticism.
I took a tour of a place where hardware packs were being assembled. The folks packaging the items were blind. Each worker had a pile of screws, bolts , or nuts. First person placed the item in the box into the hardware pack until an alarm would sound indicating there was enough of that item. Then they moved the package to the next person along the line. I have never again gotten upset if the hardware count was not correct. These nice folks are doing the best they know how to do.

Just talked with Lilly Ann and ALL of their cabinet doors and drawer fronts are HDF - grrrr. They gave the the whole run around that MDF and HDF is better because wood can crack.. I'm not believing that as I have had all wood for 50 years and all our house furniture is all real wood and they never crack... GREAT video.

While I know leaving this comment here means it is too late for your cabinets, but for anyone watching this and planning to buy and assemble their cabinets like this, please note that it may be worth the time to tape a razor blade and scrape away the finish from the face frames prior to adding wood glue and attaching the side panels. A lot of wood glue's strength comes from being able to soak into the wood grain and with finish already applies, the bond will be weaker.
Every piece that was glued was rough wood to rough wood. I don't remember any glued edges being finished wood.
The lazy-Susans are a waste of space. Should've just stuck with shelves in the bottom corner cabinets.
You bought the cheapest cabs. if you buy the next up you get groved with no need for them (white) other attachment I have done a few dozen kitchens with them all the other cabs are high end and solid.
The next video after this one shows the newer cabinets. The company reached out to me and swapped us, great people and I agree the higher end cabinets are worth it.
