Is that capstan motor permanently lubricated?

Yes, I think if you are hearing a noise its likely the roller at the bottom of the tape path

@@ReelHifi I recently was given one like the one you had and have started to work on it.
Right now i am in the process of flipping the rubber valves on the bellows. I found that there is a pin/shaft missing and that is where the solenoid is connected to so that means that linkages where not being moved when the solenoid eas activated. I hope i can find something to replace it.

@@ReelHifi I finally completed the repairs and found that the tension arms are constantly mooving up and down and making the red light not be stationary. I checked the back of the capstan motor while it was turning and found that is uneven. I stopped the machine and grabbed the center of the capstan motor and i could move it up and down, no side sloppines though, i think i will have to remove the capstan motor to investigate further i am thinking that it might be bad bearings and that is what's making the tension arms move up and down constantly while in play mode.
Are there any linkages attached to the front of the capstan motor? I did not see any in your video?
      Thank you for replying back.

@@ReelHifi Are there any linkages attached to the front face of the capstan motor? I saw two possible mounting points on each side of the front face? Am i wrong?
