Air Bag Light Ford Explorer Forscan DTC Diagnosis and Fix

Troubleshooting the Air Bag Light on my 2017 Ford Explorer Sport. I used Forscan to diagnose and after a 2 minute connector reconnect my light is no longer on.

You save me from having to take the car to the local dealership, wait around and likely be charged a few bucks for something that was literally disconnecting the fuse and putting it back in.

Perfect thank you. Had the same code on for scan. Lifted rear seat and reseated the plug. No more airbag light or DTC!

Same problem on my 2017 Explorer Sport. My OBD tool did not show any codes, so looks like I need to get a FORScan! Re-seated both of my 2nd row connectors and light is off. Thank you!!

Sounds like a wire / connector issue. Not sure how you would go about replacing that but might need to be done.
