    Lived in mission hills from 1962 until 1992. Was very blessed to live in such a wonderful area with my brother Stuart sister Nancy and arents Nathaniel and Marian. Lived in 3 other states but none could hold a candle to it .

    Hii Mark, I don't know if you can use this information or not, but Niche ranked Mt. Lebanon as 27th among the 50 best suburbs in the country. In addition, MTL was the only Western Pennsylvania suburb that made the list.

    We just started looking at this area and the first house we liked was pending sale just a few hours after it was listed. Crazy fast.

      Hi Mike. Yes, the market moves incredibly fast. Typically homes will be listed for 3-4 days but that is just to collectd as many offers as possible. 10,15, or 20 offers for a single house is not uncommon. If the house went in just a few hours - that person probably got a decent deal and avoided a bidding war.

      Hi Mike, what other neighborhoods would you like to see? I have another video that features Virginia Manor (ruclips.net/video/2Fk5P6sTsqE/видео.html). I plan on doing several more Lebo neighborhoods in the coming months. Let me know if there are any specific neighborhoods you want me to cover.

    I’ve run a route in Missions Hills, it’s really nice but it’s pretty hilly.

      @@markknowspittsburgh Yeah, I've gone to many Mt. Lebanon games too. I even went to the fireworks at the stadium for years. Best fireworks in the city.

    Hi how diverse is mt Lebanon ? Thanks !

    • @markknowspittsburgh
      @markknowspittsburgh  2 года назад

      Thanks for your question Varsha. I am not sure of the exact statistics off the top of head but there is limited cultural and socioeconomic diversity in Mt Lebanon - which unfortunatley is true for many communities in the Pittsburgh area. However, I have found Mt Lebanon to be very welcoming and a sense of belonging for people of all backgrounds.

      Definitely! Penns Woods is a great neighborhood. I can head over there this week and send you some footage along with more details about the community and the real estate market. Here is a home that recently went under agreement in that area - www.homesnap.com/PA/Irwin/13481-Saint-Clair-Drive. What is the best email address for you and I will send the information to you directly. (or you can email me first - markmcclinchie@kw.com).

      I suppose there are worse names you could have been called. There are a few areas around Pittsburgh that (at least to me) come across as pretentious but I don't find that to be the case in Mt Lebanon at all.
