Hi friends! I'm Harriet, an English gal working as a psychotherapeutic counsellor, life coach, and manifestation obsessive. Pretty much all my videos are based around those things! Starting off just doing short videos around my favourite topics that I work with clients around; I'll do deeper dives later once I've got a better handle on this RUclips malarkey and have more experience with editing and thumbnails etc!

hi! great video :) i'll definitely use them. i just wanted to put forth a suggestion - i found the setting/bg/camera changing a bit distracting as it was quite frequent, it'd be a bit more easy to follow through with fewer changes in the settings! great tips otherwise.

I love this! I see many of these in my husband (illness related depression and my daughter (age related)! I’ve also noticed the ebbs and flows in my own life. Thank you for offering ideas and questions to ask myself so I can catch myself or my family before it gets out of control!
