My wife and I had the good fortune to have some family friends take us fishing for peacock bass in a lake near Manaus. We were throwing plugs. The lake water was crystal clear. You could see the bass travel from over forty feet away to come for the plugs. The scenery and wildlife was spectacular. Manaus is about a five hour flight from Miami. It is a modern city with friendly people. If you love to fish you will love fishing for peacock bass in Brasil!

Where I fish you don't need such a big profile of flies to get the big guy's attention. I tie a modified version of a hollow fly. Works like a charm!!. Congrats on the video. You are a legend!
