شفت مقاطع أجانب كثير ومالقيت حل لمشكلتي
بعد ما شفت سلسة المقاطع الخاصة فيكي عرفت الخطأ اللي كنت اسويه ويعطيني isolation سيء بسببه
الآن عرفت الطريقة الصحيحة من شرحك ومن بكرة ببدأ أطبقها إن شاء الله 🥰

Dental floss is ligated on the dental clamp to ensure quick and safe retrieval if the clamp dislodges or breaks during a dental procedure. So in the event of clamp slippage or breakage this will help to prevent aspiration.

Didn’t you say we’re going to clamp the 7 not the 6?
When do we clamp the tooth we’re working on and when do we clamp the adjacent?

Thank you. Usually we put the clamp on the 6 or 7. If working on a class I it won’t matter much. But for a proximal cavity usually we place it on the tooth posterior unless there is something preventing that such as there is no neighboring or the tooth is crowned or badly distructed or similar.

شوكت اسويه لsingle tooth وشوكت اسويه multiple tooth?

Single tooth نعمله فقط عند سحب العصب.. ودايما عند عمل الحشوات نعمل multiple teeth isolation حتى نقدر نعمل support على الأسنان المجاورة ويكون الشغل أسهل عندما يكون عدد أكبر من الأسنان ظاهرة. على الأقل يظهر سن من الخلف و٢-٣ أسنان من الأمام ولكن الأفضل يظهر حتى الجهة الأخرى عند ال canine.
وسبب آخرهو النظر للأسنان المجاورة فيسهل إرجاع السن حسب anatomy أسنان المريض
