  • After a slow start to the year, the Seattle City Council has had a busy September. From establishing SOAP (Stay Out of Areas of Prostitution) and SODA (Stay Out of Drug Areas) zones to approving an alternative funding proposal for social housing, the Council has passed a number of major pieces of legislation. Councilmembers Joy Hollingsworth and Bob Kettle join host Brian Callanan to discuss these topics and more on this month's episode of Council Edition!
