- ASMR light triggers only in a dark, dark room. This session starts with soft lightsaber chopsticks before introducing increasingly bright and intense lights to make you feel instantly tired! You can close your eyes or focus and follow my instructions. This is a visual ASMR experience with soft spoken instructions to help you fall into a deep state of relaxation and sleep.

I really needed it after the week I had on top of my neighbor passing we were hit by multiple tornadoes where I live everyone is OK and no one was hurt and thankfully no one lost their house.
