  • The Greywater filters have one main function, that is to remove all the large particles (hair, lint) from the greywater.
They have two sections; the filter tank and the surge tank.
The filter tank holds the filter.
The surge tank temporarily holds the water.
It’s important to use a surge tank opposed to a holding tank because a holding tanks requires inspections and a higher priced permit.
A surge tank does not require inspections and the permits are sometimes free or very low priced

The system you are looking for is called a direct reuse, and are only available on commercial applications. I hope you find a solution

We can’t use tanks in Arizona. We also don’t need permits in Arizona for grey water.

Arizona, is much further along than California in water conservation. California has the same rules about tanks, this tank is not for storing the water. It is design to allow the homeowner to filter out the lint. After filtering the water passes directly to the landscape. Thank you for the comment.

Have you ever done Greywater to toilet water? Or would that require a large holding tank permit?

      That’s called a septic system.

@avproductions5184 I'm talking about reusing grey shower water for toilets, not a septic tank..

How is this the land of the free if we can’t even do this without paying for their permissions when it’s a free land it means you can do and put what you want in your property ,so even thoe it’s your home we still need to ask and not just ask pay the pipper for what’s already costing us money to make ,can’t believe so many people believe the bs about being free ,you are just allow to do more things if you have the money to pay for them.
