The first main rule is that the video you want to clip must not already be uploaded on TikTok, because TikTok has a pixel recognition system, according to which your video will be deleted if someone else has already uploaded it (find some underrated youtube channels that don't have a tiktok and clip them), also, you must have a good edit (captions, zooms, watermarks, sound effects, cuts...)

Super interesting but I don't think this is a reliable way to make money, or you'd just be doing that. At the end of the day your business is reliant on other people content which sucks since you have no control over it. Its probably better in the long run to create real value through new original content than just repurposing other peoples videos into short form content.
