i have the exact one from Goldair but after using it for a few days on heat speed 2 daily for a few hours each day, the heater stopped working and i have 2 of these doing the same thing.

Mines keep going on cool mode every time I turn it on to heat it gets cold so how do I warm it up again?

Yes. Its very good one. Small prob have after using fan with water. When u using heater remove the back filter. Otherwise mouldy smell comes allover the room

Mouldy smell come from dry filter in the back. Better remove the filter when u using the heating option..

Ur welcome. For Heat no need to be fill water but if u get Moldy smell better remove the back green color filter in the back in side one. Prob this heaters is when back heater get dry moldy smell come wid wind. Thanx for ur comment. Cheers

I have a evaporative cooler like this but after using for a few months it's leaking. How could I fix it?
If u have warranty better be contact them and get refund. Other wise need to check all internal pipeline any loose or damaged.

No. It makes the air sligtly cooler for 15-30 minutes only. Research online how "evaporative cooling" works.

The heating part - is that evaporative (like the cooling).
No. Just the fan blowing air pass the hot/heating elements.
You did'nt give us any temperature reading in the room for before and after say 1 hour

Probebly something faulty on the cooler. Best option contact the seller. Did u check timing if u on just in case..

Hi. I bought similar type of evaporative cooler from costway. Its been just 2 days since i started using it. But there is this moldy smell coming from it.
Do you know of any solution ? Are you also facing smell issues?
Yes i had same problem too. So we had to clean da filter always and had to change the water all the time.

Leave the fan mode only on for ~30 minutes after cooling mode is stopped. Humidity in the room should be
How do you remove wetted pad for cleaning?
Slide up back cover and remove as I was showing on video and pull out the grean filter. Thanx for ur comment.

In the UK its absolutely fine. But product has few faults like loosing pipes and mouldy smell come from filter. Thanx for ur comment bro..
