Nice review. An additional advantage of gradient tint sunglasses is when you're driving they make it easier to see the dashboard controls while still filtering the bright sun in the windshield.
Thank you for your thorough review. I have been using Zenni for years and will never buy from optometrist. I only have experience with the magnetic sunglasses but now I have all the info I need for picking out my next pair. Btw flash sale today 30% off. Thanks!
Heat review and comparisons. I got two Zenni eyeglasses this past year and could not be happier. Was looking at another pair of sunglasses and found your video. Thank you. Aloha.
This was an absolutely adorable video. I guess i am going to get an extra pair of glasses because of this review. I currently have the polarized mirror tint.
You definitely want polarized glasses for snowsports. They don't have an issue like you said, they are actually ideal for blocking all the intense glare coming off of the snow.
Great video!! I've been buying Zennis since 2011 and I've been so happy with nearly all the 25+ pairs I've accumulated over the years (you know, got to have a pair to match every outfit! 😉).. I will never again spend hundreds on prescription glasses like I had in the past! A couple comments/questions: 1. I've bought many of the gray tinted Zennis and the lenses all look gray, even on the ones I've ordered without the anti-reflective coating. I have to wonder if yours that look almost red were mismade by that optometrist with a dark amber instead. 2. I've been reluctant to get the mirrored coating, but you've got me inspired. Are your mirrors the rose gold coating? I have #126225 as my daily pair and I'm debating between ordering the sunglass version with mirrored gold or rose gold. I want full sun coverage and I'm worried the rose wouldn't be dark enough. Please let me know your thoughts! And thank you for such a thoughtful, playful review. Your Audrey Hepburn look is stunning! 💕
Sorry I didn’t see your comment until now. 1. I have had gray tint done on 2 other pairs of sunglasses from different opticians and they were all red. It might be my skin tone that affects it. However, once I added the anti reflective coating, it was finally gray! 2. I have rose gold. The mirror coating has nothing to do with how dark your tint is. It’s only cosmetic. When you add a mirror coating, you also have to add a tint color to make them sunglasses. If you can’t decide, why not get sunglasses in gold and one in rose gold? Then you will know for the future.

Thanks for putting this together and kudos to the camera person, who got the real-world shots of the different finishes in sunlight
It was my husband and I who filmed it.

I haven’t noticed that.

Do the mirrored blue lenses make everything blue?
No, it’s just for looks.
