Sometimes, life likes to take us on an unexpected adventure, and that was exactly what this was. I randomly ended up in a beautiful town called Thakhek, and it turned out to more than I could have imagined! Especially considering the circumstances.

Sometimes, those unplanned adventures turn out to be the best experiences. Beautiful countryside there. Is it humid as well as hot? I went to Cancun once in the off season(July) and it was hot but also humid. Being from the north where it is so dry, as you well know, I felt like I had pneumonia! Enjoy your stay in Laos. Hopefully everything with your visa gets worked out.
I totally agree! It is wayyy to humid. That mixed with the hot temperatures at the moment, makes it almost unbearable. I melt like a crayon in the sun. Haha.
