Can you tell me what the coil size is on this and the max size of the pan for even heat distribution?

Will it still boil water in a reasonable tome tho and get hot enough to cook a small stir-fry

      Hi Gavin,
Definitely. The IH1L itself doesn't get hot, but if you have an induction suitable pan, consider that there's still up to 1KW of power being focused entirely on getting that pan hot.
That's a not-insignificant amount of heat. Camping kettles can be as low as 800W~ but they will be a bit less efficient than an induction hob, and slightly lower powered at the full setting.
I've been sent videos from customers who have used the IH1 to cook a stir-fry (already super relevant here!) in extremely cold environments. They sent me their lovely steaming bowl of food while they were sat there, in thick coats, with thick gloves, to eat.
      Ben
