My son is on waiting list since two years. He had non stop vomiting and his growth was stopped but doctors weren’t able to provide him appointments.
I took him Pakistan to a gastroenterologist and my son got better within three weeks of taking medicine Alhamdolillah and his growth started getting better

My friend from UK came to Pakistan for her surgery.
In Pakistan rich and poor can get medical treatment according to their means and resources.
Not getting timely medical treatment in so called first world countries of the world is totally shameful be it UK, Canada or Germany.
I lived in UK for 6 months and the biggest fear was " kaheen maira bacha beemar na ho jay".. over the counter medicines bhe bht expensive hain. Panadol syrup 6£, cough syrup 6£, dentist 25-250£.. and daily wages 8-10£.. taxes alag.. Pakistan wapis aa ky laga jannat main wapis aa gay hain❤🇵🇰

Pakistan's Health System is a lot better than hundreds of countries in the entire world, especially in Sindh it's quite better.
Our system could have been way better than UK's, if we did not have corruption

Too girls with me , one from Turkey , she is national of the UK but couldn’t get the proper treatment and went back to Turkey for her treatment, even she had the nationality 🙄
The worst part of the story is it is not a free service for immigrants or students' families. They pay hell lots of money in advance. If that fee is not paid maybe one can go for private medical services.
Immigrants and Asylum seekers don't pay at all for Dr appointments and prescription. For routine checks it's easy to get appointments but for surgeries you have to wait a long time even years. Being here I know the system at least for immigrants. NHS is under persistent pressure for the last decades

Well let me clear one thing I'm paying more than £4000.00 a month for ni and for tax. Ni goes to hospital etc .
Pakistan is best country to live affordable education, quick medical, social life, & fresh food 🥑 but its possible if you have money! 😊

You are comparing NHS which is a Govt. Health Service with Private Health in Pakistan. Imagine the millions in Pakistan who cannot afford private health. Not a fair comparison.

Is cheez ka andaza tab hi hota hai jab kisi ko koi medical Emergency hoti hai warna Pakistanis mein say koi bhi accept karnay ko tayyar nahin hota keh koi healthcare system ka problem hota hai West mein.

Anyways, Recently aik surgery ka issue tha jo keh Pakistan say bahar for almost 2 yrs during Covid aik nightmare bana hua tha laikin Allah ka shukar hai keh Pakistan mein highly experienced Specialist doctor nay just 2 days mein operate karkay resolve kia aur aftercare bhi buht achi di.
Allah Pakistan kay halaat theek karay takeh Pakistani doctors aur professionals ko bahar janay ki zaroorat hi na paray aur future mein tau aur ziada zaroorat hai Pakistan ki.

NHS is terrible 🙏🏻, Me too live in the UK , for all problems they have paracetamol and when it is serious then they can consider you but after a long long waiting

Pakistan's health system is better if you can get this done in private you can get any treatment done overnight and the same is here in the UK if you have private insurance so you can fairly can get treatment in a weeks time

Good luck for your next destination please make sure wherever you go do some research before you go not after thst. I work for NHS and have had chance to know the system and its challenges. I don't agree some of your stats yes NHS is not as great as it used to because of many reasons including pressure on it due to immigration. Please don't compare NHS with medical facilities back home in Pakistan. In Pakistan we have a very basic health system and rest all Pays As Yo Go. If you have money and afford it you can seek medical advice and help within no time however what about majority of people who can't afford so in a nutshell we don't call it a system.
