      No police officers need this lesson. They already know it. Whether it is a Democrat mayor or a Democrat appointee, in every case where the police are ordered to stand down, there is a Democrat politician making the decision. Blame the Democrat Party, not the police.

    To those of you saying the protesters were allowed to block the road, you couldn't be any more wrong. Just about every state has a law against being in the middle of the road and impeding traffic. If you look at most large protests, police supervise them and keep them moving. Nobody was lured, trapped, or anything. They were walking along, suddenly decided to stop and take a knee on the middle of the bridge, and were arrested. Pretty self-explanatory.

    I droned it. Protestors marched from Trinity Groves aka outside of the curfew area to the Margret Hunt Hill Bridge with the intention of going downtown, so it looked. The protestors knew what they were doing otherwise they wouldn't have started in the non-curfew area. You could hear the police say, you are violating curfew will be arrested. It was loud. Some protestors then layed down and some hopped to the other side of the bridge to talk with cops. For all I could see it was peaceful. Police then tear gases to try to get people moving off the bridge, not to attack them and you could see them fire straight up. My images which are on my photography page show a pretty simple open and shut case. I support the BLM movement but something has to give. Cops don't need to use tear gas and protestors need to work with the law, otherwise the message gets tainted and lost.

    • @treelinehugger
      @treelinehugger 4 года назад

      "Bolshevik Lies Matter" wants to destroy the country. Did you know they want to destroy the family? They think families with a father and mother are a major problem that needs to be eliminated. #BLM is a group of trained Marxists. Read their webpage. They are evil totalitarians who want to destroy liberty.

    • @treelinehugger
      @treelinehugger 4 года назад

      When the "peaceful" protesters break the law they cease to be protesters. They became criminals. When "peaceful" protesters burn and loot, they become terrorists. All deserve to be arrested. And yes, the police were right to use tear gas.

    at this stage in the game, this measure is half assed, and her rhetoric is WAAAAAY too sympathetic to BLM ideology. the fact that this is more than what is being done most places doesn't mean this response is adequate. Its not. Its just less inadequate than some other places. This lady, for some strange reason, seems to think there's one iota of credulity to the BLM narrative. There isn't. Her speaking about them as if they operate in good faith is a huge part of the problem.
