I wish he had done so, just in this single case. I am totally against killing. But Mike Wallace himself was not a good person at all. I wish he had not ignited Khomeini about Sadat. It was like giving the motif to a killer to kill. Especially that Wallace knew exactly what he was doing

Imam Khomeini said that because at the time Sadat had Shah (the criminal who had fled Iran) in his hands. Such allegations are false, because the assassination squad who killed sadat were the followers of Omar-Abdel-Rahman,after he issued a fatwa on killing Sadat. At the time there were no such connections between Omar and Imam Khomeini. I would like to also mention that Sadat was killed after the death of the shah, so Imam khomeini had no reason to order Sadat's death, since the Shah was dead.

You don't have to be an iranian to be a muslim and what's a good muslim to one muslim and what's a good muslim to another is not the same thing. The shia muslims do not get along with the sunni muslims for example. So would not have to be Iranian who killed Sadat although could be people who didn't like the Shah or could be people who liked Khomeini but wouldn't have to be. Could be muslims who didn't like Egypt being at peace with Isreal although could be other reasons also.
