Dumb question, but can you smoke Eckridge sausage? Does it just kinda "double smoke" it? I'm trying to figure out the best way to replicate decent smoked sausage on the Bullseye.
That's awesome all the meats turned out to be good. Usually cant find good bbq at at amusement parks or commercial places like that

We’ll be in Disney World tomorrow and tomorrow night The polite pig will definitely be where I’m eating at. The Mac and cheese is to die for.

So many great options at Disney Springs, it’s hard to choose. At the same time it takes everything I have not to go to The Boathouse every time.
