Hey bro, I wanted to comment saying how nice it is to see these kinds of videos, and I think everyone with this condition can agree with me saying that. It's super relatable for me to hear, especially these kinds of waves of ups and downs,. I've found that trying to not think about the hives is the best thing for me even though it feels impossible to do when the flare-ups come so often and you can't really ignore the feeling. Keeping the idea of having hives out of my head whenever I'm in a situation where I don't want them to flare up seems to work a bit. Also how long have you been on Xolair?

Yeah I’ve been trying to mentally stop thinking about hives at all.
I’ve been on xolair almost a month and get my 2nd shot in around a week and a half.
But yeah I’m trying to get through this like everyone else. Good luck bro.

@@alexyoung9474 For me xolair really started working on my 3rd month, try to keep in mind its different for everyone and can take a bit of time. I was super impatient practically wasting everyday waiting for the end of the month, try not to do that if possible

Ligelizumab is currently in phase III clinical trials (Which is the last phase ending sometime this year) is having better full recovery results than Xolair. That can be something to look forward to

Do you have a diet plan?

I just don’t drink any milk or eat cheese. Apparently they’re histamine rich.
