    Bro, You have your whole life ahead of you. You have your health, your youth and alot of time left in life. Think of people who perhaps do not have this. You have a chance to make something of yourself. I am disabled, housebound and not very well with illneses. There are kids out there fighting cancer, fighting to live, fighting to have their future here on earth. You just need some encouragement to move forward in life and sweep the past where it belongs. I lost my soulmate before her 18th birthday. No longer here in life, so I know what its like to lose someone special. You just have to move on and eventually find someone else whom you can settle down with and move on in life with. You have plenty time. Get yourself a bicycle and go for daily cycles to help keep the calories down. This will help reduce your weight and even perhaps a gym membership if you can afford one. Lots of nice girls go to the gym and you may end up meeting mrs right in the gym. Appreciate what you have, you can get out and about, I can't because of steps to my front door and many more people out there like myself but I focus trying to help others now. You just need a kick up the butt and put in the right direction :). So your next video I want to see and hear you are doing positive things with your life with a more positive attitude. Trust me you will get through this. It takes time but with a little support behind you can help you go miles. So chill out and just be. Listen to my track MrSpock - Just Be Me. Take care bro. See you in your next video ;)

    Listening to you seems like I’m watching my past (and present) I’m so sorry brother. There is a clinical that just finished, the principal investigator hasn’t published the results for CU yet unfortunately. Do you think living in a warm environment all year and doing physical labor will help you? I know when I worked/camped outside during summers, even with the cold mornings, my condition was much better than just doing normal life with intermittent sweat therapy. Just some food for thought

    Hey Alex! I just just want to thank you for your videos, you were actually what I was looking for, CU got me when I was 15 now I’m 24 and the CU hit me ones again but harder never before, I being going around with doctors with no good results at all, but you just gave me the must important answer, do exercise, I thought that I was not going to be able to fight against CU but exercise will help me out, (I haven’t started yet) but I’ll for sure but I do have some questions a sour how much you do exercise or how much you run, and as well I totally understand that antihistamine will not help for everyone but which one are you taking? And how often you take it, like 2 times per day or just one, basically I really will appreciate it if you tell me your daily routine!! And ones again thank you so much, I’ll like to talk you in person a have a fluid conversation but I’ll be more than happy to know your routine!

I have a friend who lost his mind completely due to anxiety and it’s bad right now. Suicidal thoughts can come but it’s important to know what matters most to you in life, speak to a therapist etc…. This skin condition is absolutely aggravating to deal with! I wouldn’t wish this on one of my worst enemy! But gosh I’m tired of living with this. This started for me in 2018 at work and when my body got hot this weird itchy red give just broke out on my arm and I’m just looking like yo what is this? Ever since then I been struggling to get rid of it and when I tell my family about this they look at me like I have two heads lol Like what do you mean you itch when you get hot or eat certain foods. I relate to a lot of what you said it feels like a part of your life is robbed from you. I don’t even like to go outside because sometimes the heat and sun gets unbearable and I don’t want to look like a crackhead outside scratching my body all over lol. I do feel better when I work up a sweat from exercise and when I do stay away from certain foods. But I just want this to go away like I wasn’t born with this so where did this mysterious condition come from? I know autoimmune issues have a lot to do with a damaged gut health so I’m wondering what did I do to damage my gut? I was vegan for a few months right before this CU came so I’m guessing that could play a part in it. But I am taking supplements to build my gut health back up and I’m just not giving up on finding away to heal myself because I refuse to live the rest of my life in this condition! Man I hope we all overcome this disease because it’s just a terrible way to live!

  • @malachibermudez6566

    I’m only a week in and my hives are starting to clear up bro. All I did was switch to a vegan diet and drank a lot of dandelion tea everyday. I’m able to workout and get hot now without any itching. It slowly dies down and eventually stops. The timing may differ , for me it only took 1-2 weeks and for another guy who tried this took 3 months for it to work. I think it’s a bacterial disease in our digestive system. Detox your digestive system

  • @malachibermudez6566
    @malachibermudez6566 2 года назад

    So with the CU I have the same thing currently. I’ve been doing a lot of research and diet seems to be the thing to fix it. The diet that seems to work is the base around a vegan diet which consists of Fruits and Vegetables and a detox tea for a period of 4 months. If your interested look into this book called “medical medium” by Anthony Williams.

    • @alexyoung9474
      @alexyoung9474 2 года назад

      I’ve definitely looked into diets before. For me, taking milk out of my diet seemed to be the only effective thing when it came to dietary changes within the condition.

    I still got CU but workout helps me and a little bit of sunlight early in the morning reduce the itchiness now I can normaly go outside even on a hot weather. It still itchy but unlike before that it is extremely itchy and feeling of burning sensation. I lived in a tropical country so sweat is normal to me and developed pain tolerance.

    Bro i also having this problem for some years. But from the last years this condition has been triggered and i m not in a good stage in my life. I didn't use any antihistamine or any other medications. Whenever i sweat a little bit , that time CU triggers and i will get rashes over my whole body. I am really depressed due to this condition. I did lot of research about this and i came to know that sweat therapy is one of the best medicine for this problem. Recently i started to use steam inhaler for sweat therapy. But that time also i am having rashes all over my body. But i am defending all the pain and emotions right now. 😒 But when i started sweat by doing any exercises severe rashes will come. So do you have any comments for these? Can i begin to do light exercises? I don't know what reaction you got after doing exercises. But i m having severe rashes all over my body. Do you have any solutions for this? Please reply

    Hey guys, this is just my opinion and ways as a cholinergic urticaria patients. I got it during the quarantines where I stay indoor aircond room all the time. The symptoms were painful and it surely do effect our lifes. But here are some ways that work for me to atleast mild or solve my urticaria. I am a MMA fighter therefore I train almost everyday and the urticaria gets better when u were sweating and doing a sweat therapy ,of coz at the beginning it will be stinging painful but just a few minutes and it will get better. Besides try staying at outdoor or non air-conditioned area more as it will let ur skin to adapt to the environment therefore when u get hot u won't be so itch and Sting. For me, my conclusion will be try letting ur body stay in a room temperature and warm environment for example wearing a sweater/hoodie when u are in cold room or area and so on. A anti-histamine will also help but pls do consult a doctor/professional for more details and safety. Above is just my thoughts, opinion and experience. Hopefully it will helps but the best ways will always be consulting a professional if one is in serious conditions. Thanks all the best and hopefully everyone will walk through the hard times and be happy and stronger!
