I've mentioned this before but it's pretty awesome that I watch tv shows/movies with multi million dollar budgets that don't hold my attention as much as a dude sitting in front of a camera telling a story... with no budget :) Congrats on your success!

I'm 65 and I'm just getting started with art and have actually sold about a dozen so far. It's given me a whole new purpose. I guess it's never too late. You did at 20 what I wanted to do at 20, but I never moved to L.A. and yes, I'm sorry I didn't but it's okay. But, everyone should pursue their dreams, ya only live once.

@@charlottaw599 so far only through friends and family, which doesn't sound very impressive LOL. One friend has six of my drawings in his restaurant in Chicago and a couple of people found it through there. I recently applied to open up an Amazon Marketplace with my designs on t-shirts, canvas bags, and things like that so hopefully that will be approved.

I ran across your videos by chance one day, must have been around 2016, 2017, and I was so interested in all of the old hollywood history that you were telling. Then you disclosed that you are from the Dayton Ohio area, and I was so impressed that someone that was from not too far from where I am from and live went across the country to live out their dream, I was hooked on your channel. Jordan brought old timey movies back into my life. I used to fall asleep on my grandmothers lap while she watched old films and ate potato chips. These are some of my fondest memories, on the couch with my grandma. Grandad would always retire early to bed with a book, unless we were watching John Wayne or similar 🤠
Jordan, I cannot get to any of these places. I enjoy the narratives and learn alot about celebs, their life styles and their homes. Thank you for letting me tag along on these adventures. I love being able to travel without leaving my home.

I'm really happy for you. You'll succeed no matter where you are. I moved here when I just turned 19. I had a similar kind of story as you. Success, drought and then adjustment. I would never live anywhere else expect here. My life is here. Showbusiness isn't the same as when I first moved here. Maybe things would be different if I were young today, I don't know. All I know is that like you, I had to make a decision at one point of my life and I chose to stay. Have I fulfilled my dream? No, but I achieved much more than most. Money ? Famous people? Opportunity ? Achievement ? Yes, but that isn't the important part. It's what is in your soul. You seem to have that. You're a smart guy and I wish you all the best ! I really enjoyed your video. California has just gotten so expensive. And the Los Angeles I knew has really changed. I’ve really enjoyed all of your videos that I’ve watched. I never knew you acted. My twin daughters were in a movie, they filmed over at the Disney Golden Oak Ranch and out near Bakersfield at Fort Tejon about 15-16 years ago.
Such an interesting story I had no idea you lived there for that long . You have such a fun youthful spirit it’s very infectious and your voice is very distinct. I'm a die-hard New Yorker, but I never forgot my visit to LA in the '90's. I too instantly felt at home. I loved the dry air with that constant ocean breeze. I felt so good. The eclectic look of the place, the lush fauna, and sights that I saw on TV and movies all my life made it so exciting. I really didn't want to fly back east! Back then I really thought about living out there. Changing times basically blew that idea away. Good luck to you Jordan. I've loved your vids on historic LA locations. No one can beat you there.

So many young people have come and gone even if they make it on a show then they're gone nobody remembers them. @@Metalcomedienne I live 60 miles from L.A. it's very expensive and although there is a lot to see here, Hollywood is a grungy dirty city, probably not like you envision, fun to visit but homeless and crime everywhere. Just visit first to see what you think. 😉
