I love watching Jason teaching. He's laid back so it's not so screaming and loud, but he's very precise in what needs to be done and doesn't mix words. It was really interesting watching.
This channel is awesome! Im still skating at 41.....my day job is accountant and investment portfolio manager but my passion has always been street skating. Thank you for this channel!
you guys are great people. I ride bmx an still skate too love how your so open to teaching kids new tricks most pros are stuck up an all about them selves but yous are the opposite an that just makes this channel way better. thanks for all your great videos and keeping me inspired to still skate
Hey guys I just wanted to say that I started watching your videos about 2-3 months ago, and I have enjoyed them alot. Enough that I just started skating again, and it has been about 10 years Since I stopped. The videos you guys make are funny and creative. Keep up the good work!!
watching so many attempts helped me get a better understand the different stages of the trick. I don't have slow mo on my phone and rewinding is a pain. thanks again gang.
Practicing the back 50's and 5-0 are a good help.Honestly most of the wax probably gets scraped off if your not constantly waxing it,I wouldn't rely too much on the wax,and just know how to lock in and slide,I cant do back smiths though I should learn um.backside anything is so scary. I like Fetty's approach though..also speed helps a lot with grinds but makes it more scary
I just gripped my brand new revive taco board haha. I'm so stoked to be skateboarding again after a 10 year hiatus. I couldn't be more excited. Thanks for inspiring me every day you guys.
Hey guys. I need to say I love your videos. I am former skater, cuz I had really bad wrist injury. I still love skateboarding, but i cant go hardcore :) I want to ask... did anybody of u had some bad injury too ? dont you want to make a video about it ? thanks for good content, I am always excited for a new video every day :)
Hey guys, Love the channel. I was thinking try that trick with looser trucks. Since it can move around a bit, the truck can probably lock in better on a Hubba or rail. And that's right guys never give up! 🤙🏼
At 13:57, in the back, I think that Aron was teaching Luke the same trick. You guys could probably make a new series in which 2 teachers see who can help their student to get the trick first or consistently. That could help us to see the different styles and would be really fun to watch for sure.
you guys are such an inspiration and so positive and funny, i just started watching you a little while ago but i already fell in love with your channel, youve inspired me to do something ive wanted to do for a very long time and i couldnt thank you enough. Ive wanted to start skating for about 3 years but i never really got around to it, so this spring im gonna try my best to get a board and start skating. i knew close to nothing about skateboarding until i found your channel, and ive learned so much already, so i cant thank you enough. you probably wont see this but by some chance you do, thank you so much. i love you guys, and keep on doing what you love. ps. fetty your tattoos are sick, sah dude
You guys should start playing like games of "jamba" or "cake" to where the loser gets a cake or something to the face or has to go buy everyone Jamba Juice when you do those wacky "don't break the board" or stuff like that. Anyway, I absolutely love all the videos, been a fan for a while now, inspired me to ride revive boards and get out and start skating again. Keep the vids coming and don't stop being who you guys are! I tell everyone how awesome it is watching the videos and seeing how cool you guys are to little kids just starting or even people my age/older just learning and how much you guys hype them up and make them feel awesome when they land a trick. You guys rule!!!!!
You guys are great. I love watching your videos they're great. I wish I could buy sms but I'm tight on money but watching your videos have helped thanks braille
Hi I'm seeking advice. I'm young (-15) and I weigh about 100 lbs. I think I need new bushings and I wanted Bones Hardcore bushings, but I wondered if I should get soft or medium. I like loose trucks. Thanks!!!
7:30 "It's a brain have game" Nigel This is so true. Never thought of it like that but trying to commit to a trick and not giving up on a truck becomes very hard in a mental way. Especially when it's a trick you have landed before but can't land at the moment.
Question from a non-skateboarder. What's the difference between the nose and the tail? I've become a big fan of watching Braille Skateboarding videos, but both ends of the board look exactly the same to me for street boards like you use. On something like a longboard, crusier, penny board, or a really old fashioned board, the nose and tail are more distinct. On the kind you skate, it seems like it would work exactly the same no matter which way around it was facing.
Maybe, but because of watching Braille, I have looked for boards on Amazon (I doubt I'd actually buy one, but I looked) and they all seem perfectly symmetrical, front to back.
Anyone have any good suggestions for a beginner-but-not-walmart-teir skateboard? I got a crappy Kryptonics Walmart board to give it a try and it seems fun, but the board was definitely low quality. Any suggestions for one that preferably don't cost >~$70? Preferably a board in the style that Braille tends to skate, I've never been a real big fan of longboards or whatever (I don't really know most of the names) Btw I have big feet and I'm almost 6 foot if that changes anything
i got my first skateboard yesterday thanks to this channel, so far my only problem is pushing, I can stand, turn and move with the board, but for some reason i can't put my feet down and start pushing
holy shit you are actually teaching people how to skate again!!!!!!!!! I though you guys were never going to come out of that gimmicky vid spiral. but you did! please don't relapse.
Can you make a video on the different grind and slide tricks? I never know the difference between a smith grind and willy grind or lipslide vs. boardslide… Please?
Front heel needs to be up on the board! 90% of the fails the front heal is hanging over and catches. Heel touch is like slamming on the breaks. Even when Nigel landed it slow mo showed his front heel hanging off board.
when you order a revive skate board does it come with the bullet silver and wheels need an answer!!! and i love you're vids keep it up but plz answer....
M1lky_way you will only get a deck you have to buy trucks, wheels, etc separate which is good because it gives you customization options and room to pick what stuff you prefer
It’s so hard to lean back and stick that front foot out for me. I kinda got fs smith but I stick half the time because of weight distribution and when I do land they aren’t steezy. Same thing for the bs feeble for me too
Fetty, nice smiths and breakdown to teach the others, and love your shirt. It's so normal that it almost didn't catch my attention. Would be great to talk someday, some of my family is going to San Francisco soon.
for some reason when i go to the brailleskatboarding site it says "This Account has been suspended. Contact your hosting provider for more information." how do i fix this? i dont remember even making an account and all i did on the site was look at some stuff and add some stuff to the cart so i could buy it when i had the money lol, idk if that was the reason for my account being suspended? but if it was i'll wait till i got the money to add stuff to the cart again lol, but i'd be happy if someone could help me fix this
Kelly is right with the texting thing on the camera. I don't think that you should be on the phone while making a video. But because Lance cut the part before Nigel's reaction. it felt naturally. By that I mean it looks like Nigel was like walking around and "oh you're learning backside smith grind? I suck at this one. let me join" meanwhile Kelly is making fun of his texting in front the camera then Nigel "I just went by, let me finish texting this girl and I'm 100% here." :D .. I'm weird, I know..
I had a problem with backside 180. The board would often go away from me I later realized that I was leaning back to far and pushing the board away from me. It is all about your head position as above said you will need to work on that make sure you leaning over your board sort of pushing forward as you ollie to keep the board underneath you. Hope this helps. Learn that and 360 is almost the same just need more air and power in the spin. What might also help is starting out with 90 degree bs ollie and work your way up to 180+ then try doing it while moving.
I always thought FS 180s were more difficult than BS i don't know why. It just make more sense for me to turn backside. Don't know if anyone got his but I had so many struggles to get FS but BS i learned it like it was really natural. In fact I didn't really learned it I just get this trick done the time I tried too. But FS I had so many struggle!!!
Think about jumping a big gap. You don't wanna land backwards so you prepare your whole body to land facing a switch position. Remember to not put all your balance in your front foot because you will land leaning back. I think it's also one of those tricks that you just gotta commit. Back 180s are scary at beginner level. Good luck!
I love watching Jason teaching. He's laid back so it's not so screaming and loud, but he's very precise in what needs to be done and doesn't mix words. It was really interesting watching.
Lance Learns Braille Gap? hehe
Kelly Wakasa I want your board
You got it so quickly! Go Kelly
When Kelly learns not to be fake and not taking so big role in Braille?
fetty really does always answer as if hes in trouble
Kelly Wakasa bro try to do an impossible flip

Sadly I've seen most of the videos that you guys have put out, but this is the first one that I've actually enjoyed watching.
10:25 fetty rollin one up
MrGrizmint because you KNOW he smokes 😂
he's like oh shit... mehh that was cool
Think he was just putting gum into it's wrapper.
More of these kinda vids. Fetty, Nigel and Kelly .. really liking these videos
love watching someone learn the trick who actually didn't know how to do it beforehand
I really want to see more of Nigel since I'm around his level of skating and he just seems like a humble guy
good job all of u learned quick. it took me forever to even Ollie. after benge watching all of your videos I learned Thiers nothing u can't do
Practicing the back 50's and 5-0 are a good help.Honestly most of the wax probably gets scraped off if your not constantly waxing it,I wouldn't rely too much on the wax,and just know how to lock in and slide,I cant do back smiths though I should learn um.backside anything is so scary. Do you think the rail would be more quiet if you spray expanding foam inside? Just an idea. Especially in a filming environment.
Hey guys. I need to say I love your videos. I am former skater, cuz I had really bad wrist injury. kelly looks like he came straight out of a jc penny catalog
How tho
you guys made me pick up boarding again after 5 years, thnx for that! Grtz from the Netherlands :)
I got skateboarding made simple today and so far it is amazing
You guys are great. I love watching your videos they're great. I wish I could buy sms but I'm tight on money but watching your videos have helped thanks braille
12:19 when Fetty was left hangin', but Kelly stepped in and made sure he was left hangin' no more.

u guys should let a fan meet you all that would be flabbin awesome, oh and tell Nigel that I'm a army skater too, love it man keep pushing. #Armylife

MysticJhn
Typically the tail is slightly narrower/smaller than the nose. It's hard to tell but I think it's visible if you see a board in real life
Maybe, but because of watching Braille, I have looked for boards on Amazon (I doubt I'd actually buy one, but I looked) and they all seem perfectly symmetrical, front to back.
***** it is hard to tell
Nice video guys really helped me thanks @Braille Skateboarding
Good video braille, i like this format with the casual teaching and shit, nice!
What helps me popping out railtricks is getting in the grinds a bit earlier so you got more time to pop out
I love your videos! You guys got me your into skating! I subscribed!

Daily Cake Slice
Look for a blind complete
Where did you get the rail? or did you make it and welded it etc.?
That looks awesome
i got my first skateboard yesterday thanks to this channel, so far my only problem is pushing, I can stand, turn and move with the board, but for some reason i can't put my feet down and start pushing
Is niggle flow for Dgk? He has a dgk board and was wearing a dgk sweatshirt
OMG. Can someone PLEASE tell me where Feddy got his t-shirt!!
I'm so impressed at how stoned someone in this video is acting and how amazing his skating still is.
holy shit you are actually teaching people how to skate again!!!!!!!!! I though you guys were never going to come out of that gimmicky vid spiral. but you did! please don't relapse.
Such a commitment. Whoa.
backside tricks are legit. front lip, smith, and 5-0 are easy but backside takes a little bit more work
Can you make a video on the different grind and slide tricks? I never know the difference between a smith grind and willy grind or lipslide vs. boardslide… Please?
please do more british talking
Danny King haha same!
Really bugs me ;)
you're damn bug scared the crap out of me
I dig Fetty's hat! GO PACK GO!
Front heel needs to be up on the board!
90% of the fails the front heal is hanging over and catches.
Heel touch is like slamming on the breaks.

inertial orbit thanks alot that helps me alot!!!
this was great
i love these vids
First 20 seconds, best intro ever.
It’s so hard to lean back and stick that front foot out for me. I kinda got fs smith but I stick half the time because of weight distribution and when I do land they aren’t steezy. Same thing for the bs feeble for me too
how long does it usually take to learn kickflips
4:26 I can do that: front wheels touch the ground and I roll away. But any tips how to pop out from smith? pls help
silver truck what ever its called im new to skateboarding but plz answer my question
lance's questions (ex. what are steps?) were super helpful
More of these please
Props to Nigel..Round rails were always my kryptonite
Nigel conquers all
What kind of shirt is that!!!!!!! The flower of life 1??❤
Fetty, nice smiths and breakdown to teach the others, and love your shirt. It's so normal that it almost didn't catch my attention. Would be great to talk someday, some of my family is going to San Francisco soon.
Hey been a fan for a long time
for some reason when i go to the brailleskatboarding site it says
"This Account has been suspended.
Contact your hosting provider for more information."
how do i fix this? i dont remember even making an account and all i did on the site was look at some stuff and add some stuff to the cart so i could buy it when i had the money lol, idk if that was the reason for my account being suspended? but if it was i'll wait till i got the money to add stuff to the cart again lol, but i'd be happy if someone could help me fix this
yeah!!! BMTH
I love skateboarding
Anyone know the tshirt fetty is wearing? Seen it a few times now
Hype man Aron makes everyone land tricks
Yes!
I need help with my BG 180 kickflip
Fetty's British accent is on point
It was so cool when Nigel threw the board on the floor and it bounced back up and he caught it
Kelly is right with the texting thing on the camera. I don't think that you should be on the phone while making a video. But because Lance cut the part before Nigel's reaction. it felt naturally. I'm weird, I know..
That pretty sick !
the beginning Tripped me outt
Look, they're accepting their British overlords!
Alex Haines The British are coming
Hiyo Hijikata I am British. We have already started taking over.
Alex Haines im british and it took me a while to work out what accent they were trying to do 😂
Alex Haines goofy goofball
6:30 he’s like the master ninja of tricks hahaha
I want to learn how to drop in, which video support covers that?
ya, i found it. thnx
just commit. find a small quarter and push down hard, balanced weight dont lean back, and commit. I dont skate and can still drop in
The best way to learn drop in's ever:
JUST FUCKING DO IT! and leaning forward.
That helped me alot :)
william Pedersen im falling forward though
Hahah, lol. ok, then you just need to lean a bit more backwards xD
did Nigel say he was in the army?
YESSS NIGEL
Nigel was in the Army?
what's the difference between front side and back side
cool that you both learned it (again)
I love the way Fetty teaches, "lift up wit ya toes"
i like how lance actually tries to tie the video together and help people learn
ddaaammmnnnnn Nigel... where you get that sweet red and grey hoodie?
Was Fetty rolling up at 10:27 ??
Thats what I thought... I hope so
I remember this was the first grind trick I saw that got me into skateboarding.
Anyone know what shoes Kelly is wearing?
I'd like to see you guys learn to laser flips
That bring me the horizon tshirt!
Well played Nigel, next time, the same on the handrail?
Damm teddys grip tape is on fleek with that lil boat album pi 👌👌🤑🤑👍👍🌞🌞🌞🌞🔥🔥🔥2:35🔥🔥🔥
dude got the lil boat grip tape lmao that's so dope
Can you guys do some longboard tricks for beginners
That sempiternal shirt !
Fetty was totally rolling @ 10:26
Anyone stuck on backside 180s?
Jakey Edit nope not anymore it's all in how to turn your head.
I had a problem with backside 180. The board would often go away from me I later realized that I was leaning back to far and pushing the board away from me.
