God forbid that a handsome masculine man is actually gay. Many gay men had marriages to women to protect their reputation from a bigoted fan base. This was the usual case and not just for actors but for most men in America.
Men who marry women when they’re actually gay were abusers of women- then and now. It was okay to be a bachelor back then and it still is now. They just used and abused and cheated on their wives.. Men who do that were scum, and they’re still cowardly scum. As to the truth of the matter, Colin, the medical term "polymorphous-sexual" is THE KEY to understanding what Nature has made. She does this for a REASON! Any of the rest that you might discover, I'll leave to yourself.
Those are likely safe bets, Sandra but, some number likely fancied you dear ladies too! (How could this not be the case???) I've a photograph of myself with Guy when 7 years of age (no crush!). He was signing a photo for me and had his big six-shooter right in front of him, right there on the table. Although this was all of seventy-two years ago, I remember exactly what my thoughts were: "I could grab that gun, run, and I'd HAVE IT" thinking naught a thought of any consequences. Better thoughts did prevail however and alas, I did not.
He was indeed a very very handsome man by his face alone. But he did need more physical volume, his physique was too slim, too thin, too lean. Some muscles would help to make the picture complete.
I hope someday someone will explain to me or us what does it matter where a guy puts or does not put his pee pee? Why is this a topic of conversation? What does this issue have to do with how one performs his job UNLESS it has his pee pee involved? I seriously doubt "Guy Madison was gay", he was married and had a child out of wedlock. Nonetheless, who cares? Guy Madison was not a great actor, that is clearly observed, however, he was quite good looking. MANY people make mistakes in choosing a mate and pay dearly for that bad choice. Why should Guy Maidson be any different? No story here, can we all move on?
@@cynthianolder3557 That 'gold standard' of knowing -- "knowledge certain and true" -- i.e. that to which we are allowed to attest in courts under oath, is a mighty rare thing to possess these days, by comparison to what most accept as that but which ultimately is insubstantiable. So, by that measure we're all fairly limited as to what can be believed and mostly better as not. But, then again we've lots of circumstantial 'smoke' coming from the Hollywood people, their Legend and Lore. Who can KNOW really much of anything, now that most all who had witnessed and heard that were there, have now passed away? We'll believe what we desire-to, accepting that as a 'real thing.' Pitiable and limiting, tho comforting to an extent I suppose.
Long story short: women are trouble. Stay single. And enjoy the ladies.....or the gentlemen. Always great to be reminded why to stay away from marriage = too much baggage.

I'm Robert Madison his son. I can tell yiu for sure that he was not gay. He was completely straight and loved women.
I agree with you 💯 per cent. He was my favorite actor and no one in Hollywood was more handsome than him. I watch all of his movies on T V. By the way you look so much like him.
Roberto....You are wrong. He was not 100% straight. But...who cares.
You, as his son, would be the last to know for sure.
@@MrCrowebobbyMy dad married twice and had three kids and he was bi.
@@bryanspindle4455 I'm not sure I get your point. Most of us have no idea what our parents real sexual tastes are.
He didn't look a patch like Wild Bill but I loved him anyway
A very good looking guy - If he wasnt into other guys at first it was inevitable he would be persued and got - The studios having him strip off so much would have been like a red flag to some very clever and persistant bulls who always got what they wanted in the end
4 me the best looking was RICKY NELSON..SUPER GORGEOUS. HE BEATS EVERYONE.
he also had a son. who was his son's mother?
In his first role in SINCE YOU WENT AWAY, Guy MAdison acted a bit on the swishy side ,as well as being a protege of gay talent agent Henry Willson. Who know what he did for Willson to get parts as well as other actors in his corral ? Maybe his marriages were to hide his real nature. I do renenber seeubg hin when I was a kid when he played Wild Bill Hicock .
Henry claimed he caught Guy Madison getting "topped" by Rory Calhoon in car during a thunderstorm.
Difficult to be gay that time
But it never stopped anyone.
Even today!
tbh, Gail Russell was the more interesting subject of this video.
Definitely. She deserves a documentary bio.
I remember him from his movies.
Is this video about Guy or Gail?
Some photos he looks like Peter O'Toole .
How about William Holden?
Why do I get the feeling you're more interested in outing an actor after they're dead?
Now you’ve involved in spreading this same gossip. I ll try to remember your name so I don’t watch anything else you have anything to do :::…with
It was part of him ..... Just my opinion
Wow!
Very superficial.
Весь светится, в глазах хитринка.
Why did you wait until he died?
Is this Homo month for your videos?
I agree!
Do not become too overwrought as Hetero week is right around the corner.
You see, there is not enough material existing for more.

Useless gossip...
OK,there seems to be more gays than straight people..
Sells more papers that way. usually its dead actors attacked. they cannot sue.
In Hollywood... Yes
As to the truth of the matter, Colin, the medical term "polymorphous-sexual" is THE KEY to understanding what Nature has made. She does this for a REASON!
Any of the rest that you might discover, I'll leave to yourself.
dayum he fine
What a Hunk
Better looking than Holden in my opinion

He was clearly gay...no doubt about it. He married women who loved his looks and agreed to him with men. So obvious. 😮
men who can't keep a marriage are closeted gay...Russell was a mistake.
Bipolar?
The narrator sounds like Nigel Farage

Reading RUclips, I think that almost the
Hollywood actors were bisexual. In fact, I sometimes think actors , now and then, were/ are bisexual.
Those are likely safe bets, Sandra but, some number likely fancied you dear ladies too! (How could this not be the case???)
I've a photograph of myself with Guy when 7 years of age (no crush!).
What a crock
2:37 Paul Rudd doppelgänger.
Any man this handsome....err pretty and name Guy has got to be gay!
"indulgent eyes"??
😊
He was indeed a very very handsome man by his face alone. But he did need more physical volume, his physique was too slim, too thin, too lean. Some muscles would help to make the picture complete.
He looks great to me
Was he hung?
He looks it 😂😂😂😂😂😂
i bet you, yes possibly an 8
He had a Bob Hope nose
Good for him… everyone should have the right of enjoy sex with anyone they want with the other person approval!
The writing for this is wretched and at times incoherent.
he was recruited by Henry Wilson. Guaranteed he put out to get cast on SYWA
Guy madison
He was gay , Bummer 😢
Whoa! He likely was a bi-guy, Rachel.
NEVER give up hope . . . unless 'confirmed' ! 🙂
Cheers!
@@jamesmiller4184 Whoa-he might not have been either! I doubt of Henry Wilson's clients were all guy
@@cynthianolder3557 An awful lot of straight guys would trade a bit of homo sex for a movie career then . . . and now.
Long story short: women are trouble. Stay single. And enjoy the ladies.....or the gentlemen. Always great to be reminded why to stay away from marriage = too much baggage.
I’m waiting till I’m 92 years old to get married.
I'm not trying to be funny but I met a lot of guys that drop-dead handsome but they they're very very small down below you know what I mean they can get a woman but most of the time can't keep them we want to the intimate but shame to take their clothes off in fear of that you are going to make fun and laugh at them go around and tell everybody the size they are below I'm telling you what I know I'm not saying about him I don't know him I just tell you what I experienced
That's what Henry said about Guy. Henry got a breadstick ,broke it in half to show others about Guy's punishment.
Yes. Lots of men are small. They cannot get far with women. It's sad. Guys have, like women, no guarantee of a good Life. Your mother, if you were BLESSED with one, is the only person who will truly love you.
