  • Freeze drying has definitely improved over time - now it's time to improve your life with a Harvest Right Freeze Dryer.
Harvest Right freeze dryers produce food that looks and tastes better than store-bought freeze dried food. Preserve your garden produce, create the perfect emergency food supply, make camping meals and healthy snacks. Unlike other methods of food preservation, freeze drying does not shrink or toughen the food, and retains flavor, color, and nutrition.
Freeze-dried food is not just for astronauts and the military anymore. Now is the time to start freeze drying at home.

Do NOT get the oil free pump. I spent $1500 on it and it lasted less than 2 dozen uses. It is just out of warranty and they won't even talk to you without paying $45 just to talk to support. I already took it apart and know what part of the scroll pump failed and sent pictures, but it does not matter. Not a very reputable company.

Hey, I'm curious on your take on this company, as well. I just received my Harvest Right freeze dryer, the large one, and it won't power on. The electrician who wired the breaker in for it said that's exactly what happened with the last one he installed. (identical to mine) Pretty disappointing for a $4500 dollar investment. This is for sure the most stressful purchase I've ever made... and I'm having a difficult time with customer service on top of that. They seem to be too busy to answer phone calls, and when I do get to talk to someone, it kind of seems like I'm just getting the run around. Really hoping I don't have to return this.
