Hi this is exactly what I am looking for. I have a 2 year old g+1 house where we have slabs on load bearing walls with beams and ko columns but I always feel unsafe. I was away when the house was build by my parents but I am looking to add columns to transfer the load to beams but I need experts who have done this previously. Can you DM me your details on website link where I can contact you?
Slab to beam, beam to column and column to footing. This is how load transfer, here we need to understand why a plinth beam is provided? Because above the plinth we are going to construct a wall, if no wall is coming then better we can avoid the plinth beam especially on the load bearing structure.
There is open to sky but outer wall height is 4 feet & wall thickness is 4.5 inch but want it cover for security with ventilation (iron grill)in roof side(top area).
@@anandconstro4098in our case its safe. Because 1st thing is, seismic zone which comes zone ll. 2nd thing is, building constructed over load bearing structure. 3rd thing is, there is no wall construction for providing plinth beam.
@@surveying1987 No Sir you are totally wrong. You shouldn’t have cut the iron bars of the slab. Joining new iron bars will never give you the same strength. Sorry but this is not quality construction.
Good work👍
Thank you 😊🙏
Excellent work

Ya, actually it depends on SBC of soil. In our case, we got hard starta at 3ft deep below ground level but we went upto 6ft depth.
How to convert simple outer wall into block structure(coloum)
Is it in load bearing structure??or in open place??
There is open to sky but outer wall height is 4 feet & wall thickness is 4.5 inch but want it cover for security with ventilation (iron grill)in roof side(top area).
2 manjila maakan me colum dena hai kaise dalwaye
Uske liye proper plan banana padega, thab jaake column deside hoga, kaha column aur kitne column chahiye.
Video dekh kr lg raha hai ki 2nd floor ka slab in columns pr dala jayega jis se load bearing walls pr slab ka load na aaye. Am I right sir??
Yes brother 😊
