As someone who has been on the business of a Shivan Meteor, can confirm that it's devastating, especially if there's a damage multiplier in play.

Toralf is pretty good, and Radiate + Lightning Bolt can win the game if the table is full.

I really like Imodane, but i think ive rebuilt it to a place that i dont play it much.
Its really explosive at the moment, its capable of winning on Turn 5, and many times it wins from out of nowhere.
Originally it was more of a spellslinger build but i found people would just remove Imodane, so now i try to cast Imodane and win either that turn out the next.
I think i need to find a balance, but the deck is 100% reliant on Imodane.

very true, i put a bunch of creatures that ping for damage when i cast and instant or sorcery like guttersnipe etc. to try and still have a chance after they blow up imodane to many times to recast. but she is absolutely the core of the deck. i can't get her to win that fast consistently yet, but she does tend to win out of nowhere when she goes off.

cards like wild guess and sieze the spoils arent card draw, they're card neutral. They replace itself and filters a card in your hand for a new one, if you need to refill your hand these cards dont do that (unless you have a card that can copy these spells). You gotta run impulse draw instead if you need card draw

      What are some examples?

@@theunskilledcommander well I know in 1v1 a popular one is light up the stage, it's a 1 mana impulse draw 2 if you damage an opponents life total. There's also Wrenns Resolve and Reckless Impulse, which do the same for 2 mana. Glimpse the impossible is a new one from MH3, it's a 3 mana impulse draw 3 and it makes eldrazi spawns for each card you don't cast.
(For reference, impulse draw exiles cards from the top of your library and allows you to cast them usually until the end of your *next* turn)
Another popular one in commander is jeskas will, which is both a ritual effect and a impulse draw 3 if you have your commander
Virtue of courage is also great in this deck, whenever you deal noncombat damage to your opponent you exile that many cards from the top of your deck and can play them this turn. (With imodane, this can turn your lightning bolt into a draw 9)
You could also run a wheel effect like wheel of misfortune which refills your hand

I would say with Seize the spoils, and cards that make you discard you can run Underworld Breach or Mizzix Mastery or Arcane Bombardment to use cards that have been discarded.
