Jamaica! Years ago, I lived by a store owned by Egyptians, and they always had hibiscus tea brewing for sale, it was fantastic! But then years later I visited Mazatlan, and discovered that Mexicans also loved the stuff. Who knew about this wonderful connection? Anyway, I drink it, all the time.
Yes! I was amazed with that too! Us, Mexicans, love hibiscus water! We bring the flower to a boil, let it cool down, then serve it with tons of ice cubes, most of people add sugar, some without it, our daily beverage in Mexico 😀 When I discovered it at this Egyptian restaurant I almost cried hahahahah after many years of not drinking it. Now every time I go there they always bring me a glass of it ❤️❤️

Although being from Pakistan I found the regular turkish food too bland for my taste, however i have to say it is pretty good and made of healthy ingredients. I can pretty much live on hummus and pita bread if i am not allowed the awesome turkish kebaps and lahmacuns.

Have u been Ciya Sofrasi in Kadikoy, people rave about it a lot! Its on my list, i went to Kadikoy to eat there, and forgot why i went there, so i wen to the Starbucks in your video. The roof top is a great place to chill for a bit. Great views
Ciya sofrasi is owned by the famous chef Musa Dagdeviren. He was in one of the episodes of Chef's Table on Netflix. Ciya Sofrasi is a really good restaurant. They always cook whatever is in season, and they frequently change their menus. You can find very rare and old dishes there. Prices are quite reasonable. If you decide to go to Ciya Sofrasi make sure that you go with your friends and try at least 6-7 dishes. All the best.
There is Sephora almost in every mall in Istanbul, also a store called Boyner in cosmetic section, or if you live here you can find in Trendyol.com. I get all my skin products from there. For cosmetics there are a bunch of stores: gratis, mac cosmetics in every mall, etc.
The fact is many arab countries like Syria Lebanon Iraq egypt and north African countries accept Morocco the mostly has Turkish food due to long Turkish Ottoman rule of 4 centuries . As for egypt it has the poorest cuisine in the region
