I've always wanted to do that to a truck. However, I would leave the stock engine and trany in it and have a rear suspension. That is an awesome expression of 'Dare to be Different'. Great work, man.
Get you some junkyard front fenders from the same model for your rear bed sides. Maybe when funds become available, get a tranverse transaxle mounted lenghtwise. You automatically get like 3 to 1 reduction and a safe 4wheel drive setup if needed. Great video 👍

That is sweet as everything. 😂. Now run a cable from the clutch pedal to that middle tension pulley and ditch the centrifugal clutch all together. The belt becomes the clutch component at that point, burn a belt not a clutch. That pulley is massive 😂.
I've thought about doing that on about every one of these , the monster truck may be the first to get a clutch tension cable , it's a great idea though 👍.

Amazon sells small 3 hp Diesel engines. May be something you would want to put in a project. There’s videos on RUclips.
I've seen that engine, it doesn't have any more torque than a gas engine.
The 10hp ones on there are about the same price as a duromax. Quite possibly could match it on torque output, especially so if turbo'd.
