Who are you running with Changli? I was very pleasantly surprised with Encore's playstyle so I think I'm leaning more towards her with a Lingering Tunes set. I think she has a huge amount of potential to deal some fantastic burst damage that will work great with Changli's comps. I'm thinking of running Jianxin as well to provide some long-lasting shields for their rotations and a nice resonance liberation boost to Changli on her outro skill.
I feel the need to point out encore install (her liberation) actually makes it easy for her to parry as her attacks become melee I've parried many times in her install
Something I took a while to learn is that Amplify/Deepen, which tends to be on the outros, is in fact a separate multiplier than DMG%. So you should not worry about diminishing returns there
I would give my two cents . 1. next character after Changli is Zhezi and apparently she will buff skill dmg like Taoqi, and since Changli and Jinhsi are more about skill dmg it will be good buffer for both of them. 2. Changli,Jianxin,Mortefi team - Since Changli has a lot of passive skill dmg and fusion buffs it might be good idea to buff her ult dmg with Jianxin and jianxin get heavy attack buff from Mortefi meanwhile Mortefi gets fusion buff from Changli.
The mystery with the Changli/Mortefi combo was who would benefit from Mortefi's outro skill in that team! Jianxin does get a nice boost on her forte ability in that situation so I'm excited to see how that team works.
I will definitely use this team, as I already use Mortefi and Jianxin and will continue to use them. But if I say, want a different buffer for Jiyan to save Mortefi for a Changli team in ToA, I could use Aalto (I do like him) but it's...less optimal so I'm not sure

With Changli it will goes Jianxin - Changli - Mortefi if we asume that we have full ult energy.Since Changlis optimal rotation for hypercary should be Intro - Ult - Forte - Skill - BA4 - Skill -BA4 - Forte - Ult - Forte - Outro / or continue the rotation since Changlis personal buffs (Ult - Forte) are refreshed. There is a lot of room for quickswap too and also we retain most of the buffs for the whole lenght of the rotation . With enough ER on Changli we might actually play her most of the time on field since she is capable refresh her personal buffs (ULt- Forte) ,all depends on CDs and ER. If it will be possible Jianxin might not be the optimal teamate for her since she takes a long time on field. So Zhezi might be overall better later. But this is just speculation.

With resource constraint, I finally is able to build Chixia. The only things left to do for her is Echo rerolls. Echo rerolls took too much that I gave up making Danjin my main dps. My Danjin only is there to support my Havoc Rover. She does pretty okay, but better substats would make her way better. Stopped building her since I focus more on Jinshi.

The available 4 star weapons for Chixia and Encore almost all suck is the reason why I haven’t invested in them at all 😂. In fact, because the 5 star standard banner sword is so good, I have two copies of it and I’ve been playing exclusively sword characters (except Verina and Jinhsi, and I got Jinhsi signature weapon).
dang. so even that liberation bonus from Changli wont benefit Encore much as the forte wants to be swap canceled but the buff will dissappear right away as soon as swapped. Maybe Scar will be her ebst partner
He definitely is a great choice but doesn't have a damaging outro skill like Chixia or Encore. If you can find a way to slot in his heavy attack outro buff I think he's a good option. You'll want to resonance lib. at the start of his rotation and keep attacking with only mortefi for as long as you can as he'll lose the entire outro buff if you swap to another character for his ult.
is changli a better sub dps for encore than sanhua is i feel like she isnt the damage window is 10 sec for outro buff can correct me on that and encores ult is 10 secs long so unless youre casting the forte earlier than usual you lose damage and you get stuck with animation for the liberation buff but with sanhua basic attack buff for 14 sec and you can swap out the animation off the forte because its not buffed anyways so i think chixia might be better you can play her as the selfish dps if you have the dups since shes more than likely gonna do more damage and can utilize the buff really well since she does quite a bit of liberation damage you can also just play her like a pocket nuke while having changli hog all the field time and just pop her in with the outro buff to ult also from what ive seen zhezhi might be really good with changli so this 2 teams might only stick around for a month since from what ive heard she has skill deepen like taoqi and coordinated attacks so shes gonna be insanely good to pair with changli and jinhsi if you have her especially jinhsi since she might have better coordinated attacks than yinlin

Encore can fully use Sanhua But Encore can only use half of Changli's outro (resolibi damage sucks on Encore because it scales on basic attacks). The question is, how much difference is a 20% fusion damage buff over a 38% Basic attack buff? Which would benefit Encore more?
I dont think this will be good for changli Yh her buff is good for chixia but chixia isnt a strong DPS while changli is a strong DPS Yh they fit but i think its a waste of changlis dmg
With a very short duration of 10s, Encore isn't going to have a huge amount of field time if she wants her forte bar's explosion to have Changli's outro skill buff, so that's why I don't recommend basic attack as much as resonance liberation dmg for Encore.
Changli overall is a DPS whose outro skill happens to be a bit more supportive. In these teams you'd still build her with a lot of damage and have encore/chixia built with a lot of damage too.
Interruption resistance is a very interesting mechanic that could make Changli feel a lot better to play. I'd wait for some video footage of how the Interruption resistance works before making a call.
Prepare for hyper mid performance that isn't worth any hype whatsoever!!! Her kit is complete hot garbage if you don't use other fusion characters like Chixia and Encore and she buffs those characters as well.

A lot of good slot ins for that team. You can run Verina Baizhi or Jianxin pretty well.

8:53 wrong basic attack is more important because things like her skill and liberation count as basic attack damage.
