Avoid the outrages parking fees, save the time, and stress from the nearly 1-mile walk to and from the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure.
The Fullerton Park-and-Ride is a free surface parking lot located next to the 5 and 91 Freeway interchange in Fullerton California.
Los Angeles Metro (MTA) 460 bus runs between The Fullerton Park-and-Ride and the Harbor Boulevard Pedestrian entrance to the Disneyland Resort. The bus ride is a quick 15-20min ride each way.

I checked this out today and I noticed there is a sign in the Fullerton Park and Ride parking lot that says no parking from 12 midnight to 4am. So, if one were to stay at Disneyland until midnight (on the nights they do close then) and then take the last OC bus - bus 460 picking up from Disneyland at 12:15am - back to the Fullerton Park and Ride, they could get a ticket or a fine?

So I asked Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) about this and they responded:
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to contact the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) regarding the Fullerton Park and Ride.
While we appreciate and encourage all efforts to rideshare and utilize OCTA Park and Ride lots, vehicles parked in the Fullerton Park and Ride after 12:00 a.m. are subject to citation and tow. We are unable to grant any exceptions or guarantees.

So the second to last bus that leaves Disneyland before the last one leaves (at 12:15am) IS AT 11:19PM so that should give you plenty of time to get to your car and leave the parking lot before midnight. Maybe it could be possible to park in the neighborhood across the street from the OCTA Fullerton Park and Ride parking lot?
