Very good, thank you. Have literally just bought one of these and first job is to investigate suspected timing chain jump. Don't fancy it trying to start when I have my hands in there!
The combustion engine doesn't start with preheating. There is a water heater on the left hand side below the car heating the water which heats the car.
I was talking about hybrids in general, some don't have electric heaters and rely solely on the engine for heat. The main emphasis was to be sure the engine cannot start during the job.

If you're going to strip the engine then you should disconnect the 12v battery

Yes, it wasn't red hot but warm enough.
