Thanks! Of course you could pull the blue string that’s out into the ball and make a nice fat button knot. You could also do your original diamond knot layout with both strings at one time,just keeping your two strings parallel. Then tighten them up leaving one strand out or bringing them both inside for a button knot. You probably also know that you can do a variation of the diamond knot where you take your last tuck just right up the center without going around your legs. It looks as nice and makes a handsome button knot when all strings are pulled all the way in!

Hello,
thank you very much for the tutorial.
Unfortunately my knot with paracord does not look good. The paracord does not seem to be round, but oval. With camping cord the diamond knot looks perfect. The camping cord is also rounder.
Are there different paracord cords?

I’m pretty sure that the jug and jar,sling knot is the same knot as the fiador knot. You could look for a tutorial on that. It’s pretty simple and very ingenious the way it’s done.
