Treat yourself right after your blood test with good food or make plans with friends at a place you like! This will hopefully give you something to look forward to! Also you can still drink water when fasting for blood tests, so drink plenty of water beforehand! And bring a water bottle to hydrate yourself right afterwards and have a friend come with you to the blood test lab! I know this was a lot, but you will get through this!!
