I've watched several of your videos and find then really enjoyable. I subscribed after the first video I watched. I've posted a few hiking videos myself, but with mine it is obvious I do not spend hours editing or color grading. The work you do certainly pays off in quality.
I'm planning a similar trip! Looks incredible :) Good job with the edit! I was wondering if you sent any packages beforehand and if so, where can I find any info about how to do this? Thanks!
Indeed we had the same ideas of course. Unfortunately all transport possibilties have been shut down due to Covid. Therefore we had to carry all our supplies by our own. Means reducing again more gear and weight to carry all the food. The only way is you rent a 4x4 car and setup your hidden food storages but that´s very expensive. You could asked some ranger stations far in advance but that doesn´t realy works well. So my friend it´s up to you! We passed by some 4 stations on our way (look at our website) where you can get some food. Thanks for your interest and subscribing to our channel 👍
What a great video! I will finally be doing a shorter version of this hike myself in a couple of weeks :). I was just wondering: what maps did you guys use? I will use my phone and garmin for navigation mostly but I could only get my hands on pretty rough maps with big scales. I‘d love to know what maps you guys got and maybe where I can get some too 😅
Hi there! As written above we have all the datails on our site. Nevertheless I use OpenStreetMap as the basic layer, depending on your gamin you are able to upload maps of your choice and then upload the gpx file. Due to the distant of 400+km you would need many paper maps to get a safe small scale. We only took one road map with us to get an good overview. Thank´s for your interests and words! Take care and let us know how you enjoyed the trip!
Hey super cooles Video!
Are you intending to go by motorbike? As described on our website the trail isn't marked all the way. Following the F-Roads there will be no problem. Navigation depends on your preferences, am I right?! We used our garmin (gpx file). Have a look on our map page: umap.openstreetmap.fr/de/user/steve_faicbook/ Leave a sub - thanks👍
@@lorenzorobuschi6331 No! You shouldn´t use the milky melting water streams. Look for smaller river which are clear. Be aware that there a parts with no water access! You´ll find these information on our site. Enjoy your trip and take care!
@@hikingexperience Ok i read about that you found water in the hut .. so if your water it's finish you can get the one from the clear rivers and small one. After boiling it.

you can share the file gpx of the route in your website it's not a good download
Thanks for your interest! Can you tell me why the download isn't that good?
@@hikingexperience
because when i open in the file it is show me just the "html" codes.
for example i don't know if you understood.
@@lorenzorobuschi6331 I don't get it, if you open the gpx file via osm it shows the track. Of course you need a map software!
ok i got i need the map software
Hi. Is this trail marked somehow to avoid to be lost? What's the best method to navigate?
