I’ve measured 17 inch, and seriously it’s really small, even me myself measured my own waist and it’s 29 inch (I’m 161 cm and 56-57 kg in person). I just can’t imagine how petite they are in person seriously
EDIT: doing more research via Pann, it seems it was a mistranslation error. Their waists are 56 cm aka 22”, NOT 17”. Either the subtitles were mistranslated or someone got the math wrong when converting cm to in.
ORIGINAL COMMENT: It’s really hard to imagine how petite they are or if this was just a conversion error (cm -> inches). Im a seamstress and have made clothes for children - 17” is smaller than most 10 year old’s waists. I’m 5’7” with narrow frame & a defined waistline; even at my lowest adult weight (119 lbs), my waist was only 22” and everyone always commented on how small it was. I’m pretty sure Sakura & Chaewon are only around 5’4” and clearly have small bones/narrow rib cages, but still. I’m having such a hard time wrapping my mind around a 17” waist on an adult. It’s gotta be a conversion error, right?
@@spy6205 but somehow from this video, they said it's 17. I heard they say "shib-chil" that means 17. The measurement was done when they're not eating yet, but still if they do have 17 inch waist, I admit that it's really small
But I just remember one thing when Blackpink's Rose was being rumoured with 19 inch waist, then Rose clarified herself that actually her waist size is 24 inch. But still, I'm not sure if they really had 17 inch waist
From what i read it's 17 Korean inches, so it's actually translated to 56 cm as the other comment said
