After rewatching all of these events during the lockdown I really think Chaz has been scored unfairly low his entire career. Take his second run, if Shane did that exact same run it would have been a 9.2, Chaz gets 8.9.
I can see judges scoring by personal preference of specific guys they're more fans of than others. Iv always noticed inconsistent scoring in street league....idk who the judges are but i think they should probaly be older street guys like Thomas,muska,Penny,koston guys like that, pioneers of street skating as we know it. I highly doubt the judges are guys like that.

Vdd o Luan é monstro mas os combos no rail estão muito pesados como "switch 360 flip lip reverse" do Yuto ou "360 flip nose blunt" do Gustavo Ribeiro fica difícil vencer com algo simples, acho difícil ele vencer agora no nível atual
I was there to see this live. Luan truly deserved this win. Wish Evan had landed a few more tricks...but Luan earned this win 100% and the entire crowd was on their feet for it. Absolutely insane. Poor Lance though just trying to congratulate Luan at the end and Luan was just to overwhelmed with emotions to see it. Probably the only time a street skater has ignored Lance...ever.
I watched a old documentary called motivation luan was so nervous he couldn't skate at all his story is sad starving in Brazil but luckily a dude seen him and started bringing his family food and helping him get to competitions to skate and he couldn't land a trick at street League watching him win and become one of the greatest skater in the modern age including barric is amazing nothing makes me happier then seeing someone like him become something special in this world

It's hard to get out of your comfort zone when skating. Luan would be a monster if he would just hit hand rails. I don't like hand rails either, so I don't blame him.

everyone is saying it's rigged and codys trick was harder but luan is still rotating backwards and it's harder on his part because he's not doing the trick in his normal stance. plus he landed it cleaner
Why does the 2021 SLS have only 2 stops then the super crown. Usually it's a Tampa pro, pro open, then 4 stops then a championship. Since they have not had a SLS since 2019 you'd think they have more stops.
I think the main reason why these guys were missing so many tricks was because this course was so different compared to most of them, so they didn't really have a big set of stairs to give them a safe spot
wouldn't Jah's trick at around the 34 min mark be a fs 180 nose grind fs 180 out? if he skated up regular the nose of the board is still the nose of the board whether he 180'd into the grind or not...I would think the five-0 would appear to be a nose grind from that fs 180 setup...
