Jay, let's just say they promote very good bowel movement 🤣 Btw, I prefer the sound of even a single Encore over my X20. And it becomes no contest with my 2 Encores in TWS vs the one X20.
Well it's still not as bad as the Encore Essential. Did you see how small the Partybox 120 battery is? In that first look video I pulled it out and it's shockingly small for such a big speaker.
@@JaysStraightUpReviews The Partybox Club 120 has a 34 Wh (7.2V 4277 mAh battery) 😅. I don't get it.. the Boombox 3 has a 72 Wh battery. At least the battery is replaceable now, but you have to buy a second one 😅. For that price you'd expect a better battery in the first place.
honestly, pound for pound, the t7 seems like a great choice. I got mine a couple weeks ago for a whopping 28 bucks, slapped a 3rd party eq on it and it sounds really good! never seen bass like that from a speaker this cheap. Great comparison :)
The T7 doesn't sound that great to me in Soundpulse EQ, but I used it in this video because that's one of it's pre-sets. I use custom EQ in the Tronsmart app and with some adjustments it will sound pretty good.
@@JaysStraightUpReviews I totally agree with you having used the normal SP preset, don't get me wrong, most people who buy it probably won't spend much time fidgeting with eqs, so it's a more realistic scenario. However, personally, I hate the SP feature 😂 sounds terrible, it's somehow able to muddy up the mids and highs (even tho they get hella loud, they loose quality) AND take out mid to low bass. With that said, I have it ser flat on the app and use a 3rd party eq and it sounds great FOR THE PRICE. It's still a budget speaker Thanks for the feedback, love your reviews :)
Any update on tribit xsound mega for 2024.. I would recommend using the classical EQ on the app. It makes the sound more better, refine clarity and controlled bass.
I sure wish they would have come out with a Motion+ 2 by now. Soundcore loves to come out with new speakers and the Motion+ is getting pretty "long in the tooth" as the old timers would say. 😆
It’s really hard to tell from just listening to the video, but which one held up the best at 80%? I’m wanting a bathroom/travel speaker, $100 or less, listen to mostly hip hop so needs to have great bass. Which speaker would you recommend?

At 12:17 I said X300, but it's just the 300. That's another thing that throws me off is how Soundcore names some of their speakers with motion or X.

As for me, Tribit Mega won, it has a fuller sound, good bass and generally better balance
The XSound Mega has been one of my favorite hand-held speakers since it came out. I think it's only $60 right now.
