My school friend and I pledged $5 for John Farnham to do a haka, we were just so excited to have got through on the phone lines, we didn't even know he was Australian at our young age, and Sir Howard came on stage and was like ''Excuse me, I got this'.... I had completely forgoten Paul Holmes was there too! So cool to see this footage after all these years, now I can show that my telethon story wasn't a myfh after all 🤣
