I know this is probably alot to ask for but could you make budget Commander decks sometimes like between $100-$150?
Grim Stone93 most of them would have to be mono colored for them to be around that price cause the mana base would just be awful for 3 or more colored decks

Does Solitary Confinement prevent the life loss from Phyrexian Arena?
It prevents all damage not life loss
